As a new Headteacher, I have been blessed to work collaboratively with the vast and experienced Heads across the OLAAS MAC. This support has provided me with the steppingstones during Headship. Having been involved with the conversion of our school from the very beginning, I have had the pleasure of developing new business relationships with so many people within our family of schools which has further enhanced business and operational working relationships.
