What our staff say
As a new Headteacher, I have been blessed to work collaboratively with the vast and experienced Heads across the OLAAS MAC. This support has provided me with the steppingstones during Headship. To know that there is always a friendly voice or words of wisdom not too far away brings a source of confidence and builds upon my journey of my vocation. Head Teacher, April 2021
A great supportive working community with colleagues in other schools ready to help at any time. Senior Leader, April 2021.
A community where every stakeholder is truly driven by gospel values and an organisation that truly has Christ at its centre. RE Lead, April 2021.
Really looking forward to working with other senior leaders and staff in other Catholic schools and learning from each other, Member of SLT, April 2021.
Great opportunity for children across the MAC to participate in sporting events together – so exciting! PE Leader, April 2021.
Really looking forward to staff and children having many future opportunities to deepen their faith further within our family of schools. RE Lead, April 2021.
Having been involved with the conversion of our school from the very beginning, I have had the pleasure of developing new business relationships with so many people within our family of schools which has further enhanced business and operational working relationships. Everyone has been so warm, supportive, and engaging and nothing has been ever too much trouble - whatever the time of day. We have shared ideas, skills and supported each other all the way through and had a giggle or two! We have also learned from each other and welcome change being a positive since it can improve efficiencies - but above all, allows us to be the best we can be to support and inspire the children in our care. Together we are one big family. School Business Manager, April 2021.
