The Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company “the MAC” opened on 1 April 2021 with the conversion of 13 schools (one secondary and 12 primary) across Solihull, Birmingham, and Warwickshire. There is prior to opening already a strong track record of these schools working effectively together, especially in the areas of curriculum, CPD and ITT.

There are 4 overarching school improvement priorities across the MAC:

To provide the very best Catholic education so that every child can progress and flourish in a safe and secure environment.

• Parishes and Community
To create a thriving community, developing methods of collaborative working and utilising our collective expertise to support all parts of the MAC and the wider community, under the leadership of the Archdiocese.

• High Quality Catholic Education
To secure positive outcomes for all of our pupils, including the disadvantaged and those with special educational needs or disabilities, by providing an exciting, broad and balanced curriculum, delivering high quality teaching and learning and providing an outstanding range of opportunities and experiences.

• Resources
To develop our pupils and staff morally and spiritually and support their mental and physical wellbeing, promoting creative and inspirational leadership at all levels and facilitating the effective use of our shared resources.
