Peter Davis
Catholic Senior Executive Leader and Accounting Officer
Peter took up post as Catholic Senior Executive Leader in January 2021. Prior to this he held several posts at Assistant Director level in both unitary and County Council settings across England.
Peter is a qualified Social Work with 32 years' experience and graduate of Coventry, Birmingham, and Sussex Universities. His qualifications also include CQSW, BA Hons (Applied Social Science). MSC Management Public Sector, and Advanced Award in Child Protection.
Peter is committed to Catholic Education at both Primary and Secondary levels and brings experience of both leadership and management of:
- SEND services and services for with young people with complex disability particularly Autism.
- Children's / Adults safeguarding at board level.
- Strategic change management.
- Management of significant budgets.
- Partnerships building skills at local regional and national levels.
Formerly, Peter has been Chairman and Trustee of the Coventry Irish society working to promote cultural awareness and pastoral care of the Irish community. Formerly Board Member and Trustee of The National Autistic Society - the largest provider of services for the autistic community in the UK.
Peter attends the Church of the Precious Blood and All Souls RC in Coventry where he is a commissioned reader.
Dan Beard
Chief Finance & Operating Officer (CFOO)
Dan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a former member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, he has over 20 years industry experience in Finance roles having worked for Rolls-Royce Plc and Jaguar Land Rover. During his career in industry he has worked in various finance roles associated with purchasing, service delivery, commercial, IT, manufacturing and Corporate Treasury.
Dan joined the Senior Leadership team of Our Lady’s and All Saints Multi Academy Company in October 2022 as Chief Finance and Operating Officer.
Dan has been involved in school Governance since 2002, when he was Chair of Governors at the Haywood secondary school in Nottingham City. When Dan joined the Haywood Governing Body, the school was facing challenging circumstances and was placed in Special Measures soon after. Haywood school exited special measures in record time (2 terms).
Up until December 2018 Dan has been a co-opted governor at William Shrewsbury Primary School a role he undertook in 2008. He has held the role of the Chair of the Board as well as the Chair of the Finance & Resources Committee, Pay Committee and Head Teachers Performance Management Committee. Dan has also attended the Personal and Curriculum and Standards committee. William Shrewsbury is one of the largest primary schools in Staffordshire. During his time as Chair he has led the governing body through the conversion to Trust status as part of the Burton Co-operative Learning Trust. The most recent Ofsted Inspection awarded the school a good rating with outstanding for pupils’ behaviour and safety.
Dan was the Chair of the Burton Co-operative Learning Trust Board, a role he held from when the Trust was formed. From 2010 to 2016 Dan represented East Staffordshire and Tamworth Primary schools on the Staffordshire Schools Finance Forum, a statutory consultative group responsible for school finance.
Dan regularly undertakes training with particular reference to school governance and to help him understand school information and data.

Linda Skingsley
HR and Payroll
Linda started at St Augustine’s School in 2007 and supported the school through the conversion to become an academy within the OLAAS MAC back in 2021. Linda was a part-time School Bursar at St Augustine’s and also supported the MAC working as a Finance Officer in the Central Finance Team, from May 2021 until July 2022, when she moved to the Central Team full time as Finance and Payroll Officer.
At the start of 2024 Linda moved from Finance and Payroll to a new role of HR and Payroll within the Central Team.
Previously Linda worked for TSB and Lloyds Banks, was Treasurer of a local school PTA and has been involved in Solihull Scouting since 2005.
Sue Lowry
Administrator
Sue has over twenty years’ experience as a School Business & Finance Manager at Marston Green Junior School. She took early retirement from school life August 2021 to enjoy more family time, but missed working in Education and therefore joined Our Lady and All Saints Catholic MAC in October 2021 as a part-time Administrator. She brings vast knowledge, experience and understanding of the education system to the team.
Over the years she has also been a School Governor, Treasurer of a school PTA and Clerk to Governors. Therefore, Sue has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of various stakeholders in the education system.
