Our Vision & Values

Our Mission Statement

Our Mission

Our Lady and All Saints MAC envisages learning taking place in communities inspired in the Spirit of Christ, where Christ's commandment to love God and neighbour inspires a caring and nurturing ethos which is expressed in relationships within and outside of school.

We aim for our children and young people to know that like Our Lady and the Saints, they too are special; they are chosen to serve; they are loved. We are inspired by Mary and the many saints’ bravery to say yes to God’s call, and just like Our Lady and All Saints, we recognise that when we use our gifts and talents to say yes to new opportunities our lives can change forever and we become stronger in faith together.

All our schools promote the dignity, self-esteem and full development of each individual, who are made in God's image and uniquely loved by him. They are all valued equally. This empowers them to make a positive difference to our world.

Our MAC is a place where we form missionary disciples, putting faith in action, jouful and outward looking. A place where we will engage in charitable works to support and give hope to those in our school, parish and global community.

Our Vision

Our Lady and All Saints Multi Academy Company has a Catholic identity in all its schools. We are a caring multi academy company dedicated to academic excellence and the spiritual, moral, social, vocational, cultural and personal development of our pupils. We promote high expectations and the highest ambition for all our pupils. We continue to enhance tolerant and sustainable communities in which the most vulnerable can flourish. We recognise that every member of our community has a vital role to play. Within our schools we have a culture of tolerance where people of diverse identities are recognised, welcomed, respected and cherished. We seek to make a difference to all groups of children and young people, especially ensuring the most vulnerable in our society are not disadvantaged.

We are proud to offer a dynamic, inclusive and nurturing learning environment, an education which inspires confidence for life. We ensure all children reach their full potential. We celebrate each individual unique talents and gifts.

Our Lady and All Saints MAC is a faith-based community and plays a positive role in the life of all local parishes. We are a spiritually-centred community, living the Catholic faith as expressed through worship and service.

We are committed to delivering a truly Catholic exceptional, educational experience for all our children and young people attending our academy schools from the age of 2 to 18 ensuring they are loved, safe and well cared for.

Our Shared Values

Our core values are inspired by Catholic Social Teachings . They are rooted in the person of Jesus Christ as the model for human excellence. Our virtues are values in action; exemplifying our mission and our ambitions for everyone.

Our relationships and daily dealings with each other should be characterised by care for each other, compassion, kindness, humility, forgiveness, trust and respect for the dignity and value of each individual. We are stewards of the earth and take responsibility for the just and sustainable use of all our talents and resources. Through solidarity and subsidiarity, we are committed to stand with each other in support of each other, while enhancing the culture, identity and heritage of each parish and local community.

Our values are central to our offer for all children and young people.

To achieve our vision and mission and promote and uphold our values we will:

  • Ensure that the Catholic Life and Mission is central to all that we do. We follow the example of Our Lady and All Saints by nurturing by everyone in a spirit of faith, love, service and hope.
  • Ensure a high-quality inclusive Catholic education is provided in all of our schools.
  • Utilise our strategy to ensure children and young people experience an inclusive and enabling curriculum with Catholic Social Teachings and the Catholic Schools Pupil Profile at its heart. Values of equality and respect are central to this.
  • Deepen and strengthen our existing relationship as a family of schools.
  • Ensure all stakeholders feel valued and that the views of all groups including children and young people help to shape our strategy.
  • Follow the person of Jesus Christ as the model for human excellence and deliver this strategy through support, collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Our MAC is a place to encounter the love of Christ where safeguarding and the safety of all are central.
  • Our MAC is a place for discipleship: a place where we celebrate achivement and where we are attentive to the different skills and talents in our community.
